I had an on-campus first round interview that was pretty short, about 30 minutes, and they mainly asked me why I was interested in public finance and PFM. No technical stuff in that one. About a week later, I heard back via email, and they said I'd get an invite for a second round on-site interview after I completed an online quantitative test. The test was easy, just like they said it would be. Then, I got the invite for the second round interviews at their office in Philadelphia. It was a long day, about 4 hours total, with 6 group interviews, and almost all the questions were behavioral.

I was reached out to through a professional contact and then had to take an online math test. After a few days, HR got in touch and invited me for an interview at their main office in Philadelphia. The interview day involved six separate 2:1 interviews, mostly focusing on behavioral questions. It was a pretty intense process because the interviews felt really long, but overall, it was a great experience with a very professional organization.
