The entire process went by super fast, was really effective, and frankly, a lot of fun! It really gave me a great feel for the organization. It started with a 30-minute phone screening and then moved to a one-hour in-person interview with the research directors on the team.

I applied in mid-May and had my first interview with HR in early June. About two weeks later, I had a second round with two team leads. A week after that, I completed a 2-hour writing exercise for the third round. Then I waited a month without hearing back, so I assumed I didn't get it. The fourth round had three back-to-back Zoom calls: two were 45 minutes each, and one was 30 minutes. I was rejected after this fourth round. Everyone I met was nice and asked in-depth questions. The whole process took a really long time, which was a bummer because I had to turn down another job offer while waiting to hear back. I didn't get any feedback.

I went through three rounds of interviews on Teams. First was a 30-minute HR call. Then, I had a 30-minute meeting with the director and associate director of the research team. Finally, there was a skills assessment (proofreading, data checking) followed by a 3-hour final interview with several different people from the research team, each interview lasting 30 minutes. The interviews were pretty standard for this kind of job, and everyone was really friendly. The whole process took a while; I waited a month and a half for the first interview after applying. The three rounds of interviews happened over a month. After the final interviews on Friday, I was told I'd hear back the next week, but it took over three weeks to get rejected, even after I followed up multiple times via email and calls with no response.
