Candidates took a set of tests first, which included an IQ test, an English test, and a background test. All tests were organized in the morning, and interviews were conducted in the afternoon. They asked about background knowledge and English. This was my first most important interview for a full-time job. I gained some experience from that interview, like how to be confident, how to answer questions, and trying to guess what the recruiters want to know.

The interview process normally takes 3 rounds. The first round is for a basic test of IQ and English. The second round will be a face-to-face interview with your direct team leader. The questions are based on general knowledge and your major, but they are not difficult. If you pass the first two rounds, HR will contact you to invite you to the final one where you will discuss with the Manager/Director.
