you gotta do a hackerrank test first, then if you pass that, there's a quick virtual interview. passing the test makes it pretty easy, the interview just wants to know your personality, no technical stuff.

They might do a quick phone or video chat at first to check if you fit based on your background and what you've done. If they like you, they'll likely have you come in for a first interview, either in person or online. Here, they might ask about your past jobs, your skills, and what you've worked on. Depending on the job, you might also have to do a test, like a skills quiz or a writing task. If you do well, they might invite you back for a second interview. This one will dig deeper into your skills, experience, and how you work. You might even meet a few people from the company, like managers, your potential teammates, and HR folks.
