I applied online and heard back pretty quickly for a phone interview. Then I had an in person interview and had to do some personality and math testing. The whole process was easy, HR communicated well, and I was made an offer which I accepted. They are open to negotiating pay, vacation time, etc. if you ask.

Technical Behavioral

This was a while ago, so things might be different now. I first had a phone screen and then an aptitude test that covered reading comprehension, adding machine skills, and Microsoft Office. Even though I applied for a pricing department job, I ended up interviewing for Supply, which turned out to be a better match. I really clicked with the hiring manager right away, and we had a great working relationship for years. The very next day, HR called with an offer, which I accepted, and I started the job the day after that. It was a really smooth and quick process.

Technical Coding

The interview started with a typing speed test, and then a programming skills test. The manager let me use a search engine during the skills test because that's what I'd have available on the job. This was helpful for me since I'd been jumping between different technologies and needed a quick refresher on the syntax for the language they were testing.
