HSE Engineer
First, there was an internal interview with the line manager, and then a second interview with the client and PMC. It all requires a deep understanding of international standards and vast experience.
- Could you outline the steps involved in pipeline construction?
Site Engineer
This process for the Site Engineer role is quite long, usually spanning 4 to 5 months. It starts with a written exam covering English, computer knowledge, and technical subjects. After that, there's a first interview with the board of directors, followed by a second interview with the chairman. The final step is a medical examination.
- What are your goals for the next 5 years?
Mechanical Engineer
The whole process took about two to four months. It started with a computer test, then an HR test, followed by a technical exam, and finished with a screening interview. There were about two weeks between each interview, and communication was done over the phone.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Civil Engineering Technical Office
it took a long time to get hired, and it's a very hard place to work because they only hire really good students or engineers. This makes you better than your previous job, but the pay isn't great for the amount of hard work you do.
- Can you share data from your past engineering studies in college?
