Super straightforward process. Just apply and you'll get the job. It was a quick 15 minute chat, they asked me some questions about how I'd handle different situations and then I got the offer right then and there.

Not much is required to get hired for this role. No education or experience is necessary, and they provide detailed training. I applied online through Indeedjob.ca and got a phone call from the manager the next day to schedule a one on one interview for the following morning. It was casual and comfortable.

Since I'm from Quebec, my interview was in French. I used to live in Ontario as a kid, so it was a bit hard. The questions were easy to get, and they didn't ask too many. They really wanted to know about my past jobs and volunteering. They also asked about where my school was, what I was studying, and if I liked my program.
