I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We set up a call to talk about the job. Then I interviewed with the manager, and it was pretty basic. They didn't really say what they were looking for, felt like a waste of time.

I had a phone interview in May, and then a more formal interview in June. I spoke with 2 Managers and then the Director, which went for over 1.5 hours. They then gave me a tour of the office and said I should hear back in about 2 weeks. Some time went by, and after a couple of follow-up emails, I hadn't heard anything. Finally, at the end of July, I got a response saying the job had been filled internally. The whole thing took 10 weeks from start to finish. It's worth noting there was no HR recruiter to reach out to, and I couldn't get updates from the hiring manager. All in all, the interview process was pretty long, and communication was lacking.
