This was a regrettable experience, unlike anything I've encountered before. I met with my future direct manager. At the start of the interview, he asked for my CV because he couldn't find it on his computer. He then spent 15 minutes introducing himself, mentioning his past as a cook, and so on. He explained that the company is no longer family-run and that the new shareholder is pressuring them on figures and results, leading to a poor atmosphere. There are no more bonuses, and no possibility for advancement. He basically told me everything to make me want to leave. It's a shame to give candidates such an image, although I'm convinced this isn't the reality and doesn't reflect the spirit of this great company!

Behavioral Presentation

Long and unprofessional recruitment process. No feedback after several interviews, only to be told the position is no longer available, which required me to follow up. Most interviews were with colleagues at the same level, discussing salary. I now understand the negative reviews; I regret wasting time with interviews, travel, and follow-ups. Absolutely unprofessional. The worst part is the person didn't even seem sorry for how my application was handled.

I was contacted by email, then a phone call 48 hours later for an in-person interview at the headquarters in the Paris region. I traveled there, using public transport and a rental car... and was supposed to get an answer within 3 weeks. After many calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, the person I was speaking with didn't know what to tell me and kept postponing the deadline. I even had to change my phone number to reach them. In the end, I gave up after months, even though I really liked the challenge. I never got any feedback from them.
