The interview process was easy, It was a 30 minute phone conversation where they told me more about the position. They asked what my experience level was handling animals, If I felt comfortable in noisy, chaotic environments. They asked the dreaded "Tell me about yourself", which was probably the worst question they asked.

They emailed to arrange a first screening phone call. If you pass that, there's a video interview. The questions are pretty standard, covering your experience with animals and customer service, why you're interested in this specific job, and asking you to talk about yourself. Both interviewers were friendly and kept in touch about what was happening.

The first step was a phone screening where the interviewer talked about the job and the schedule. They asked a few easy questions, like asking me to talk about a volunteer experience from my resume, if I was ok with possibly being bitten by animals, and if I had vet clinic experience. The person interviewing me was really nice and laid-back. I thought the interview went well and they wanted me to talk to the supervisor next, but I never heard back from them.

The interviewer made it a chat, really trying to get a feel for my background, experiences, and values. It took around 30 minutes. Depending on how many people applied, they might set up another interview, or you could hear back via call or email about being hired.
