First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peterson Health.
Registered Nurse
I had a peer interview panel. We talked about my past experience and what the process would be if they decided to extend an offer. The panel asked me some situational questions. Then, I got a tour of the unit I would be working on.
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with a colleague and how you resolved it.
Medical Director
Had a phone interview and then a 1.5 day marathon in person interview. Talked with the CEO, operations director, and different members of the medical team. Also got a real estate tour.
- Are you comfortable providing feedback to male physicians?
ICU RN
I applied online, then talked to the director on the phone to schedule an interview. The interview itself was a peer interview that included the director, a supervisor, and some nurses.
- Can you describe your typical workflow during a shift?
