The interview process was great. It included one online interview and one in person. HR was really responsive and helpful. The interviews were structured and planned out well. It was a little intimidating with over 5 people interviewing me, but overall it was a good experience and they were easy to talk to.

I had a phone interview with some basic questions. Right after that, I went in for my in-person interview. Since the job description was kind of vague, they brought in whichever managers needed someone. I ended up talking to three managers and the HR person. It felt a bit overwhelming at first, but I got comfortable pretty fast.

I had a group interview with the section manager and team leaders. After that, we took a plant tour. Then, the HR person, manager, and I talked about salary. They said it was a good interview. I never heard back from them in the 2.5 months after.
