I applied online and after a couple of weeks, I got a phone interview. Shortly after that, I had an in-person interview at their facility. It was mostly a behavioral interview with pretty common questions.

When I got to the interview, HR immediately took me to a conference room. There, a group of eight people from various departments were waiting with copies of my resume. They each took turns asking me different situational questions. They didn't share a lot of details about the company. But, they did tell me that as a new engineer, you have to work in production for 6 months before you can join the engineering department. They explained this approach helps new engineers gain experience and a better understanding of how semi-trucks are built.
