So, the first interview was over the phone, and they mentioned the job was hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Seemed to go well, and they set up the second interview pretty fast. The second one was in person, so I had to take time off work. But when I got there, they told me it was actually 4 days in the office, and it felt like they'd prefer 5 days. The interview itself felt great though - they were talking like I already had the job, asking when I could start and stuff. They said I'd hear back the next week. But nope, never heard anything, not even after I followed up two weeks later. At least a rejection email would've been nice. Honestly, the whole thing felt misleading and like a total waste of my time.

I applied on a Wednesday and got a call on Thursday to come in for an interview on Friday at 5. When I got there, I had to fill out a paper application. After I was done, I was called up for the interview. He asked basic questions about school, life, and personality. Then he asked if I could stay for a second interview, which I did. I stayed for about twenty minutes until the second interviewer called me up. He asked pretty much the same questions, just worded differently. After he finished, he went to talk to the first interviewer, then came back and said I was hired. He told me to come back on Saturday with all my information. So I did, and then I was in the system. Overall, it was a pretty easy, quick interview process.

I applied online and got a call two weeks later to come in for an interview. When I arrived, the manager offered me a drink and gave me an application to fill out, even though I had already applied online. After I finished the application, he started the interview by asking me a lot of questions about myself and explaining the normal employee duties and restaurant rules. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. It's a perfect job for teens!

The interview process was extensive and thorough. It involved several pages of paperwork and three separate interviews. The supervisors and management were excellent. I shadowed the role for half a day and received a verbal offer. However, the HR department faced challenges verifying my background due to my previous experience owning and operating a restaurant in NYC. I provided both personal and professional references.
