The interview process had 5 rounds. Round 1 was an Aptitude test. It was interesting because it included general knowledge, verbal, quantitative, and reasoning sections. The paper has been the same for 2 years. It was an offline exam where we evaluated our own papers, which was a unique experience. Round 2 was a Technical interview, similar to Round 1 in evaluation. The questions were very easy, all related to Java, making it possible for non-computer graduates with basic Java knowledge to answer. This was also an offline round with 30 MCQs and the paper has been unchanged for 2 years. Round 3 was a Group Discussion on the topic "What goes up comes down", which has been the standard topic for placements for 2 years. Round 4 was another Group Discussion, which was unexpected as we thought it would be GIA. Round 5 was the HR round. The HR seemed unprepared for the pre-placement talk, appeared sleepy, and didn't pay attention during our GD. At the end, he picked only the 'good looking girls' from our group after waking up. He was also unaware of the cut-offs for the first two rounds. Despite this, he was considered a 'good old man'. It seems if you have a good resume, you'll get the job.

The interview experience was good. First, there was a technical interview that was conducted professionally. After that, my responsibilities and what is expected in the new position were clearly explained. This was followed by HR discussions where the offer details were laid out. The HR person was helpful with my questions.

The interview process started with an initial meeting with the CEO focusing on the current global position, a high-level overview of growth plans for the next 5-10 years, and the relationships built and being built within the sector. The second phase involved a meeting and interview with the Co-Founder and Global VP, which was based on key metrics achieved and was very competency-based.

There were three rounds of interviews! The first round was a technical interview where they asked me about HTML, XML, and some basic Java questions. The second round was also technical, and they asked about servlets, JSP, OOP concepts, collections, and multi-threading.
