First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perth and Kinross Council.
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was easy and friendly, and I received informative details about the role and the service. The main drawback was the time it took from applying to the actual interview. Interviews were scheduled through a time slot email where I could select the most convenient time. This system might have been challenging if rescheduling was necessary.
- Can you describe how you handle challenging circumstances?
Intern
It was motivating and at the end of the interview there was ample space for every type of question and clarification with the company itself. The recruiter was quite helpful. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
- Why do you want to join our team?
HR Business Partner
There was a personality test and then an interview. Nobody introduced themselves or set the scene, and from the minute I walked in, I felt unwelcome and not wanted. The panel was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming.
