I had the best interview experience ever with Personify! The hiring team asked such excellent, innovative questions, which were a bit tough, but never in the interview did they try to take my confidence away from me. The team effectively communicated with me during each step of the hiring process. My final interview was in person. The office space felt like a second home as soon as I walked through the front door. The opportunity to engage in the culture and meet the people was a great experience.

The process started with a phone screen with Mary, which was pretty standard and went well. Because I wasn't local, I then had another phone screen with Manny which also went well. My only complaint is that I had to reach out to Mary weekly for status updates. If I didn't follow up, I wouldn't hear any feedback. This went on for weeks. Candidate experience is very important to me when I'm recruiting, and I just did not have a great candidate experience here at all. Felt like I was more of a bother. If there was no position available for me, I would have rather been told that from the beginning instead of being strung along and asked to continue following up every Friday.

I was contacted by Mary Southgate Dickson, who was great to work with. First, there was a phone screen with Mary Southgate, followed by about 2-3 in-person interview rounds. Everyone I spoke with at Personify was wonderful, and I felt really welcome. They've recently moved into a really nice building in downtown Raleigh. The facility is amazing, with an open floor plan, Starbucks coffee, beer taps, games, and top-notch technology.

This was hands down the most transparent, organized and communicative interview process I have ever had. From the initial phone conversation to the virtual interview and then final in-person interview, the communication from everyone was exceptional. I felt informed and prepared throughout the entire process, not to mention the kindness and excitement I felt and experienced from the team. Excellent interview experience!
