The interview experience was quite professional and laid-back. They asked really good questions and actually paid attention to my resume, showing a genuine interest in my background. It didn't feel like an interrogation; it felt like they were serious about filling the position and not just going through the motions.

The interview process involved 6 interviews, primarily conducted over the phone, with one in-person meeting. After the in-person interview, I was extended an offer with a start date a few weeks out. However, a few days before my intended start, they postponed it. This pattern of postponement continued for 5 months until they contacted me again, stating they were ready for me to start and would provide more details soon. Three weeks prior to the new start date, I reached out for basic information like where to report on my first day. Two days later, I received a call informing me that HR had consulted with the team, and the position was no longer needed. I don't recommend this company if you value loyalty regarding job offers, start dates, and the validity of your offer. It's especially ill-advised to leave your current job for them.

It was a fairly quick process. I applied and got scheduled for an interview shortly after. Then I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. I talked to the hiring manager, someone else in the department, and an HR person. Everyone seemed nice and happy with their jobs.
