Behavioral

I applied online via the BNY Mellon website and then got an email about my interview. It was pretty basic, asking things like 'tell me about yourself,' 'have you heard of Pershing before?' and 'why did you pick your school?' It was an easy interview, just needed to be ready. I wasn't, and it kinda hurt me.

I applied through my university and had an initial interview on campus. Then, about two months later, I was invited back for a second round panel interview at the company's headquarters. This involved two separate groups, each with two interviewers. The first part was a standard interview, and the second part included some behavioral questions.

I got the internship through my high school. The interview process was tough because I was only 17/18 back then. I interviewed with the human resources managers. They were really nice people, but it was a bit intimidating at first.
