I talked to two hiring managers who manage teams that work together in the same department. They asked about what I'd achieved in my old job, my strengths and weaknesses, what I thought the new job would be like, and about the business model. They didn't really talk about the company culture, which would have been helpful to know what it's like to work there.

I had a couple of calls from HR to set up the interviews. They started right on time and the people were nice. The whole interview process didn't take too long. The questions weren't hard at all and were things I had prepared for. The interviewers were polite and would repeat questions if needed.
