First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perry Health.
Director
The interview process had 5 rounds, including a hiring manager interview. A coordinator was very helpful, but the team didn't seem that engaged during the interviews. It was a bit chaotic and disorganized, but that's pretty normal for a company of this size.
- What are your thoughts on attrition?
- Tell me about your experience with attrition.
Data Scientist
We started with a recruiter call, then I spoke with the hiring manager, after that I had to do a case study and present it to a panel. The recruiter was super nice and always got back to me quickly.
- Could you describe a recent project you worked on?
Operations Associate
This interview process spanned about two weeks and overall, it was a good experience. Most of the people I talked to were nice and easy to talk to, which made it fun. I liked the startup feel of most of the chats. But, the last interview felt more like a big company interview, which isn't really my thing. If you're thinking about applying, be ready to talk about your strengths and what you offer a team. That might have played a part in why I didn't get the job. Still, it was a decent experience overall.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What do you bring to a team?
Registered Nurse
The interview process with Perry Health was really encouraging. They gave me an assignment to do before my first interview, which was new but a respected part of the process. It was impressive that the team cared about my skill set and wanted to assess my knowledge beforehand. I first interviewed with the Medical Director, then with the Medical Director and the clinical manager. After that, I had a meeting with the clinical manager, and they extended a job offer.
- I honestly cannot remember specific questions, but the interviews were very laid back.
- Questions were asked of me, and I felt very comfortable asking questions of the interviewers.
