First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perlman Clinic.
Administrative Assistant
I applied for the job through Indeed. Got a message about a Zoom interview pretty quick, within a week. Had the interview and they offered me the job right after, confirming the work days and times.
- Can you tell me about your previous healthcare experience?
Patient Support Representative
it was easy and over video phone call due to COVID-19. The interview process was fast. from the first phone call a video interview was scheduled for that same day. Very friendly staff member.
- What was your desired salary?
Software Developer
Started off quite well. Two rounds of phone interviews, then two rounds of non-technical interviews with two of their developers, covering mostly work experience and personal interests. From the beginning to this point took about a week, and things went down hill fast. Long story short, I was ghosted for 5 weeks, before receiving a text asking if I'm still interested. Said yes. Couple days later, was told they can't commit to a full time job. I was dumbfounded; they could have said I don't qualify or they are looking for someone with more experience, but no - they can't commit to a full time job! Why post a job if you can't commit to it? Communication is mostly through text messages. Unprofessional, in my opinion.
- Tell me about past projects and how you'd react in certain situations.
Medical Scribe
Met with a really nice HR manager. The atmosphere was super relaxed and welcoming. She seemed genuine and talked about how important employee happiness is to her and the company.
- Can you tell me about your plans?
- What is your availability?
- What do you hope to gain from this position?
