Behavioral Technical

The interview process included a first round with the hiring manager, followed by a second round that was 1.5 hours long and covered technical questions on security, troubleshooting, and CI/CD. The third round involved another team manager, who was for the same position but a different team, and focused on behavioral questions.

Coding Behavioral

The interview process at Performio had about 4 to 5 rounds. After I finished the code challenge, I got ghosted. I sent a follow-up email but never heard back or got any feedback. 12 days after I sent in the code, I just got an automated email about the result.

Behavioral Technical

Performio has a really thorough interview process. It usually starts with a recruiter call to see if you're a good fit, then a quick chat with your direct manager. After that, there's a longer interview where you'll talk about your past work, what you learned, and stuff like that. Depending on the job, you might have one or two more interviews with higher-ups. This whole thing is great because both you and Performio get to know each other better.

Behavioral Technical Group

They were very quick in conducting all rounds of interviews, which was impressive. However, they should also respect the candidate's time. I completed all 4 rounds, including the cultural fitment assessment. I haven't received feedback yet and am happy to accept it, whether positive or negative, so I can correct myself in future job searches if detailed feedback is shared. Otherwise, it's a very good company with good benefits and salary. I would give 5 stars if they shared detailed feedback for candidates who completed all interview rounds.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Behavioral questions were tricky, and for cultural fitment, they asked about your strengths and weaknesses in all the companies you have worked for so far.
