- Can you describe your strategies for team development and management?
Validation Engineer
The interview process was very laid-back, and everyone I met was really friendly. They made a real effort to make me feel comfortable, aiming for a natural chat rather than a tough interview. It felt quite different from the usual process and honestly, I thought it worked better.
- What are your hobbies or interests outside of your professional life?
Validation Engineer
You'll chat with a few different people. Just chill, they're looking for someone who can relate to different people. You'll need that skill at the client's site.

- Ensure spelling is correct in your document.
- Confirm the formatting is right in your document.
Validation Engineer
It felt like a chill and fair interview process. There were two rounds, each with about 2-3 interviewers, and each round lasted roughly an hour. Overall, it was a positive experience. That's all I have to add.
