First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Performance Services Inc..
Principal Architect
Started with an HR call, then had an overview chat, followed by a more in-depth discussion. After that, it was a go/no-go decision from both sides. Then, I visited the corporate office for onsite interviews. Received a soft offer verbally, and then a formal offer.
- Tell me about your professional goals and career expectations.
Project Controls Manager
I had a phone interview from out of state with my supervisor, and then later with HR and the management team. They asked some really good, detailed questions and I felt satisfied with their answers to my questions. They offered me an in-person follow-up interview.
- Can you tell me about your background and previous work experience in this field?
- What's your experience in relation to this role?
- Could you describe your employment history relevant to this position?
Lead Engineer
Met the HR and Talent Acquisition Director over coffee. They were super helpful with explaining benefits, company culture, the interview process itself, and all the offer details. Then I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and some team members. The final interview led to an offer, and then onboarding kicked off! When I got there, all my equipment was ready, and they had a whole week planned out with lunches, meeting different teams, and process reviews.
- Can you describe your approach to common challenges in the industry?
Project Manager
A current employee of Performance Services referred me to the company. I was contacted by the company to visit the office to complete a company employment application / profile. Two months later, I was asked to revisit the company office for an interview by three individuals. Two months after the first interview, I was contacted to revisit the company office for a "job offer" by the Operations Manager, and was reviewed again by the same three individuals. I was notified I was accepted for a career position and started December 15, 2003. Ended April 22,2013, almost ten years later!
