So, first up was this quick 20-minute phone chat with HR, which seemed to go pretty well. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview the very next day. This second interview was with the managers I'd be working with, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They were super nice and asked thoughtful questions, which made it a really comfortable and engaging conversation. About a week after that, I got the invite for the final interview. This one was with some of the other category specialists, and they wanted to check out my experience and technical skills.

So the interview process started with a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview with the district manager, and after that, a third interview with the hiring manager. They asked pretty much the same questions each time. It was a pretty standard interview process.

The people were friendly and helpful, but the process was slow and delayed. There were lots of hoops to jump through, and they played games with rescheduling and delaying interviews, making me wait for over an hour past the start time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They didn't ask many questions, but they talked about themselves and the company a lot.
