It was pretty simple and straightforward, nothing too complicated. They will most likely call you once you apply online. They will ask what days and hours you're available and go over basic background questions.

The interview was pretty straightforward and mostly about my actual experience working with cars. They asked me about my technical abilities, my past work doing vehicle tests, and basically how I'd figure out problems. The interviewer also wanted to gauge my ability to stick to detailed instructions and get work done when there's not much time. Overall, it felt very hands-on and directly related to the job itself.

Behavioral Other

This was the worst application process ever. I applied online and tried to interview over the phone, but the person who emailed me wouldn't answer. After two days, I finally spoke to a woman who was very rude and disrespectful. I've never been treated so poorly in a hiring process. Her attitude was the worst I've ever encountered. The application said I could submit a cover letter, but I never got the chance. It was obvious these people don't care about applicants. Don't waste your time here, you'll regret it.

First, I had a phone screen with someone from PDW. Then, they looked at my driving record and I had to take a multiple-choice driving skills test at a facility they use. After passing that written test, I had to do a drug test and then attended a 3-hour orientation. They also set me up with a lead driver for some on-the-job training during my first driving shift.
