Had 4 interviews with different people from the company, including operations, sales, and current team members. They also checked my network and connections in the industry. It was a really nice experience with the team, it's a small company and everyone was friendly.

If you're an Instructional Designer, you've seen their ads everywhere. 1099! Work from anywhere! High salary! Too good to be true, right? Right! The interview went very well and seemed promising. Afterwards, only to find out they currently have no available work, but will get back to me. That’s fine, but, I personally know 4 other IDs that were given the same line. After a year, still no work is available. Best I can tell is they are a collector of ID contractors. They have a strong bench, to maybe one day choose from, but don’t actually follow through with work for the vast majority of people. Huge, epic waste of time. Don’t even bother! Shocked they still have ads everywhere and zero work available.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was impressive from the start with a recruiter phone screen. They were respectful and straightforward. The in-person interview was also well-managed. I completed some computer tests, met a direct colleague, and spoke with the hiring manager. It felt like a professional place. They were flexible about my start date, understanding I needed to arrange childcare after having a baby to match the job hours.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone interview with the founder/CEO, followed by a Skype interview with the VP of Sales. It was mostly fit interviews, very conversational and pleasant. They wanted to understand how I viewed client interactions, company fit, and my ability to work quickly with limited information.
