Director of Materials
The interview process was really thorough and professional. I met with all the key managers and executives. It went on for multiple weeks with different stages. It included analytics, calculations, P&L review, and growth projections. Then, a week later, I had another round of executive interviews focusing on vision, growth expectations, and contributions.

The floor manager was super nice and really cared about who they hired, making me feel valued. They clearly communicated what they needed from staff. I didn't feel misled or intimidated at all. I just wish they'd mentioned how mean Christie and some other staff could be.
