I went through 6 interviews over 7 weeks with VPs, GMs, and CTOs. While the interviews themselves were as expected, the scheduling took forever, and in the end, they ghosted me. I still haven't heard back about the job, which is super disappointing given how they talked about the culture during the process.

Technical Behavioral

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, 2 technical and 2 managerial. One of the managerial rounds was in person. Honestly, the whole process felt like a waste of time. After all the interviews were done, they said they needed someone who could join immediately because of my 30-day notice period, even though this was apparently known from the start.

The process had 3 rounds. They are looking for skill and culture fit. The first interview is about background and experience. The next two interviews are about team fit. Each interview can have 1 to 3 interviewers. I found it very fair.

The whole thing was four parts: first a regular HR chat (30 mins), then a take-home task. After that, they spent 60-90 mins going over the take-home work. The last bit was a final chat with the boss and some team folks. This take-home thing was tough but let you show off good, solid code, way better than those Leetcode style ones. Then came code review and fixing bugs or making the take-home better. It was a good vibe check for the team dynamic, how code reviews work, and if it's a fit. The final interview was about 80% past work and 20% tech stuff, and they were really chill and easy to talk to. The offer and benefits were also really good compared to others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth, and the tasks were medium difficulty. I'd say go for it if you're looking, not much stress involved.
