My interview experience was really disappointing. It felt disorganized and the interviewers didn't seem prepared or have a clear plan. Communication was also lacking throughout the whole thing, which gave me a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend this experience.

I signed up for a position I saw on LinkedIn and was directed to the company's page. I was contacted via WhatsApp to confirm the vacancy and my interest. I was told the position was hybrid, but after the interview with HR and the manager, they said it would be in-person. Later, they just informed me they chose someone else without providing interview feedback.
