First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PerfectVision Manufacturing.
Program Manager
I submitted my application online and they got back to me about 4 months later. We had an initial interview, and I'm now waiting to hear back about a second interview. I'm hoping to get an offer after that second interview. I did notice that this company doesn't seem to post salary ranges with their job openings.
- The interview felt more like a natural conversation rather than a strict Q&A, which I really liked.
Business Operations Analyst and Data Specialist
I interviewed twice, with interviews happening about a week apart. The first interview was with my direct supervisor. It was really specific to the job duties and I even had to do a small Excel test. He also mentioned I might be a good fit for another role and that if I got to the next interview stage with his supervisor, I'd be considered for both. The second interview was with higher management. They asked more general questions to see where I'd fit in the company. The whole process took 2 weeks, which was pretty fast and impressive.
- Can you describe yourself using three words?
Software Developer
Had a first behavioral interview with the company HR, with questions based on my resume and a company profile discussion. Then, I was scheduled for a technical interview with a software developer. The technical questions were based on Webforms. Since I never used it, the interviewer asked questions regarding C# ASP.Net, as they usually maintain the back end for their website.
- Can you tell me about a complex and challenging project you worked on?
- Do you have experience with databases and SQL server?
- What is your experience with Webforms?
Asset Protection Specialist
The Asset Protection Manager, Courtney, was really nice and asked all the right questions. She also did a good job explaining the job and how to do the tasks. It was pretty easy and I got offered the job. Unfortunately, I got too busy moving and missed the deadlines. I'm going to try again once I'm eligible to reapply.
- Can you share a time you dealt with an upset customer at a previous job, including how you resolved it and the result?
