Behavioral Technical Case

Applied online via LinkedIn and heard back in about a week. The whole thing took around 2 months, partly because I was on vacation for two weeks and the hiring manager was also out for two weeks. HR was swamped but managed to get everything done. I had one phone interview, which felt pretty scripted and focused on my past experience and technical skills. Then, they brought me in for two in-person interviews. These were more casual and had pretty direct questions. I met four marketing team members from PWE, and it was a good vibe. They were really open about the company's past, including the big layoff and some office politics, but they seemed genuinely optimistic about the future. The second interview was a casual coffee meeting, mostly to see if I'd be a good cultural fit. I got an offer the very next day.

Technical Behavioral Other

First, I had a phone chat with the hiring manager after some back and forth emails with HR. The phone interview was pretty intense with a lot of technical questions. Then, I didn't hear back for like 3 weeks, which made me think I didn't get it. About 3 weeks later, HR emailed to set up an in-person interview with 4 people for 2 hours. It took over 2 days to schedule because HR was so slow responding to my emails. I went to the interview and felt like I had a good talk with everyone and left feeling optimistic. HR said they'd update me by the end of the next week. I waited a week and a half, and by Friday of the following week, I still hadn't heard back, so I emailed to check in. No response since then, so I've moved on again. If they take so long between stages, they should just wait until they really need someone. This company clearly doesn't value candidates' time.

Behavioral Other

The interview process here is pretty variable. A lot of times, jobs are filled internally or by people already in the company before they even post an opening, either to other departments or externally. This kinda makes things unfair because good, skilled people can get stuck if they don't know someone important. It means lots of good outside people get turned down because the company prefers to hire friends.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I saw the job online and applied. Got an email back within a week. Had a screening call with a staff recruiter about my experience and skills. Then there was a 3-day art test that I submitted and the team reviewed. We then scheduled an in-person interview for the next week with the whole team I'd work with. It included an art test review, a portfolio review, and questions about my work experience and skills. It lasted about an hour and a half.
