First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perfect Teeth.
Office Manager
I first reached out to Perfect Teeth for the Office Manager role, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. She then forwarded my application to another office. The following day, I was contacted to schedule an interview with the District Manager. We met at the Corporate Office at the end of the week. She asked me a series of questions from a list; most were general, but a couple required deeper thought, like 'What 5 Managerial styles are you?'. The management team here can be quite intimidating, so it's important to stay composed. After the interview, I was given a tour of the office I'd be managing and introduced to the staff who were on duty. About a week later, they called and offered me the job.
- Can you describe the 5 managerial styles you identify with?
- How does the first job listed on your resume compare to this role?
- In relation to the last position on your resume, how does this job compare?
Operations Manager
Got a call from the field recruiter first asking about my background, education, and experience. Then the regional manager called back and we chatted for a bit. After that, they scheduled an in-person interview at the office. I spoke with the Dentist and the regional manager. Two days later, I got an offer letter, which was pending a clear background check.
- How would you manage a large office with diverse personalities daily?
- What strategies would you use to maintain synergy among staff?
Operations
The interview process was quite straightforward and they were very keen on me starting quickly. I had a great time meeting everyone during the interviews. I'd suggest this company to anyone who is at the beginning of their career or has recently graduated.
- Can you walk me through your previous jobs?
- Could you share details about your background?
Dental Hygienist
So, I applied and a recruiter called me back super fast, like within a day! Then, the director of Dental Hygiene set up another interview for me about a week later. The whole thing felt like it took forever, it was a really drawn-out process waiting for that interview.
