First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perfect Game USA.
Reporting and Analytics Coordinator
I did a video interview with Willo that had 4 questions. I couldn't re-record any of them. The questions weren't too hard and were mostly about the specific role and some behavioral stuff. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about what I know about Perfect Game, explain how my experience is relevant, and if I've worked with this specific data. I never heard back after that.
- Can you introduce yourself, share your knowledge of Perfect Game, explain your relevant experience, and confirm if you've worked with this specific data?
Gate Coordinator Intern
It was a really simple and straight-forward interview process. They asked about my previous experience, if I was okay with commuting, and if I could work long hours. We also talked about what the job would entail and what a normal day looks like. It was conducted over Zoom and lasted about half an hour. The person interviewing me was pretty chill and very understanding.
- In what ways can your previous experiences be beneficial for this position?
Field Manager
So the first interview was just four questions on Willo, which records you and you can't retry it. It asked things like tell us about yourself and your baseball experience. Then it asked if I could share an experience from my past where attention to detail was crucial, and how I ensured accuracy and what the outcome was.
- Can you share an experience from your past where attention to detail was crucial? How did you ensure accuracy and what was the outcome of your efforts?
Assistant Tournament Director
The interview was over the phone and lasted about thirty minutes. It seemed like they really needed to hire someone, which was good for me. The interview focused a lot on my past work and education background, and how that experience would make me a good fit for Perfect Game.
- Can you tell me about your past internships?
- In what ways will your previous work experience prepare you for this role at Perfect Game?
