The process was great and easy. The recruiter fully prepped me. Every interviewer was on time and insightful. They really knew their stuff and were good interviewers. I was really impressed with them.

The interview process went from HR screening all the way up to management interviews. I really appreciated the feedback from one of the interviewers. Overall, it was a good experience, but I wish they would provide an update on the application status within a week or two. This would help applicants know where they stand and if they can pursue other opportunities without being held back by false hope.

I applied through LinkedIn and was really excited about the role after learning more about the company. The recruiter then set up an initial 30-minute video call. However, the recruiter's unprofessional appearance and demeanor during the call made me feel disrespected. Even though the conversation itself was good and we discussed my background and my interest in the company, it became awkward when we talked about compensation. The salary range they offered was much lower than the market rate for Boston, and when I stated my expectations, the recruiter seemed offended and lost interest. I tried to salvage the conversation, but it was clear they weren't interested in continuing. I really like the company, but the recruiter's unprofessionalism and the lowball offer really turned me off. Because of this, I decided not to move forward in the process. My recommendations would be for interviewers to be presentable on video calls and to re-evaluate their pay structure.

The interview process was great, HR was good, and everything was done online. The company has a young and growing vibe. There were multiple interviews back-to-back with different people. I definitely recommend applying because the company is growing.
