It was a comprehensive process, and they were really clear about each step. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me throughout the different stages. The company was respectful of my time and schedule, and during the flyout, they made sure I was comfortable. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. When they decide to hire someone, everyone who works closely with that role gets to interview them. It takes a while, but it's useful for both the current team and the potential new hire. You get a good sense of the people you'll be working with and the tasks involved.

I got an email with a link to an assessment that was due by the end of the week. I figured that was it, but a month later, I got another email with the same test, also saying that the next phase was after that. I completed it again. A week later, I got an email saying I was selected for a video interview and asked for my availability over the next couple of weeks. I responded the same day. Then on Monday, I got an email stating that the position had been closed. So basically, I was asked to provide my availability for an interview and the very next day I was told that the position was closed.

The interview process was remote to start, with a recruiter chat to go over the role. After that, I had a few Skype calls with the COO and head of Marketing. They then decided to fly me out for an in-person interview. The in-office part lasted about 4-5 hours, meeting different teams and leaders I'd work with. They covered lunch and all travel costs like airfare and Ubers. It was a really nice experience overall.
