I had an initial HR Teams interview that was like a phone screen. After that, I had a Teams Interview with the COO. If I did well, I was invited onsite for a panel interview with HR, the COO, and the CEO.

Applied online and got contacted a few days later. The application was super easy, just a click. First, there was a phone interview, and then the recruiter set up an in-person interview. I had two in-person interviews total before they made an offer. The whole thing took about two weeks.

The hiring process was pretty in-depth and had several steps to check if I had the right skills and would fit in with the team. First, I chatted with the hiring manager over the phone/video to go over my background and why I wanted the job. They explained the role really well. Then, I had a video call with the directors where we talked more about my experience and how it matched what the company was looking for. They asked questions about how I'd handle different situations, which gave me a good idea of what they expected. After that, I went to the corporate office for an in-person interview with a bunch of people from different teams and some senior folks. It was a good chance to see the company culture and how everyone works together. Finally, I had to complete an underwriting model to show I could handle real-world tasks. It really tested my analysis and problem-solving skills. The whole process felt well-organized and gave me a solid understanding of the job and the company, and I felt like I could really show what I could do.

The interview was a general one, covering my experience and resume. There appear to be many new and exciting changes happening with the property. The regional representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and has significant experience in the industry.
