First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pepe Jeans.
Supervisor
The interview happened at Pepe Jeans Carnaby Street. They made me quite uncomfortable by questioning my CV's information. I shared my passion for design for transparency, but they doubted my reliability as a Supervisor. They also mentioned the role might be available immediately or in 3 months, which is disappointing and unprofessional as this key info should be advertised. I noticed disapproval and was offered roles below Supervisor. This felt disrespectful. I was supposed to get an email form the next day, but it never arrived, despite checking my emails and spam.

Administrative Assistant
First, they look at applications to pick the best people. Then, there's an initial interview, maybe on the phone or in person, to check if you're still interested and a good fit for a deeper dive. Finally, the main interview, usually in person, where you'll meet a few people from the hiring or management team. They want to see your skills, personality, how you work with others, what motivates you, and if you'll fit in.

Fashion Designer
I had an initial call with HR, which was brief. After that, I was invited to the office for a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. This person gave me a detailed overview of the role and inquired about my career path. The final stage involved an interview with the design director and the lead designers. In this meeting, I had the chance to elaborate on my professional skills and experience, and they shared insights into their team's workflow and the company's design procedures.

Sales Associate
I had a Skype interview with HR in Spain and then a face-to-face informal interview with the store manager. The whole thing took about a week and a half to get a response, but they don't tell you much about uniform allowance or commission until you actually start working.
