It was a super unorganized interview process with a total of three interviews. I was told I did great in two of them. It took months to complete them, which shows how unorganized they are. The last interview was supposed to be 2 hours, but they called me the day of to say it needed to be split into two parts because the interviewer for the second half was unavailable. So, I had to reschedule the second part for the next day. That interviewer was very scattered. Weeks after the interviews, I received an email saying I didn't get the job, but the position mentioned in the email was completely different from the one I applied for. This place seems like a joke and is very disorganized. I'd look elsewhere, especially if they can't even get a simple interview title right. Maybe the email was for someone else. Who knows? All I know is I dodged a bullet here.

So, Pep, despite their silly name, think they're pretty great. The whole process, from applying online to the two phone interviews, took a full month. The interviews were both done by people in their mid-20s, so they're the ones deciding your fate. An intern schedules everything and uses a template that's wrong – it looks like she'll be talking to you, but she never does. They don't even tell you who you'll be talking to. And the rejection email from HR? Another template error; it says they enjoyed meeting me, but I never even went to the office. If I had gotten past the last stage, there would have been another hour-long phone interview.

3 part process. pretty through and extensive. i felt like they try to get to know you pretty well and how your manage your working style. they seem to want to make sure that you would fit in per se. Pretty thoughtful interview process. Extensive, but not intrusive. standard phone, second interview w/ multiple people and third with upper management. first interview (phone)- spoke with one person (account supervisor), second interview- with account supervisor and then simulations with two account executives. third- additional management employee.
