Administrative
You'll go through a series of tests, and there are three interviews to plan for: two or three in-person and one over the phone. It takes time, and it doesn't guarantee a job. Lots of the jobs are temporary, though some might become permanent. Dress business casual, no suit needed. You won't be meeting the employer directly, but rather someone who can help you, which is still important.
- Can you elaborate on your specific skills, especially since we might consider you for roles other than the one you initially applied for?
Business Development Manager
First, I met with the Area Manager for a standard sales interview, discussing how to overcome sales objectives. Then, the corporate HR wanted to interview me. She mentioned it was unusual for her to be the second interviewer and asked me textbook questions from a famous author. This was followed by a personality test. They took two weeks to make an offer, during which time I was interviewing with other companies. They even called me a few times, worried they had waited too long.
- How do you overcome objections
Payroll Administrator
It was an internal job interview. I interviewed with three people from the Payroll team. It went pretty well. They asked a lot about my job market experience and if I enjoyed fast-paced, sometimes stressful work with long hours.
- How is your experience in the job market?
- Do you like working long hours, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful days?
- Excel test questions
Recruiter
It was a pretty straightforward hiring process, and they got back to me fairly quickly. I spoke with a few different people and got a good handle on how things worked. This was a while back, so I don't think there was a group discussion part then.
- Tell me about a situation that didn't turn out as you expected.
