Had a phone screen first, then a few days later, an on-site interview. During the on-site, I met one-on-one with about 2-3 junior developers, a lead developer, a QA person, and the hiring manager. My only small complaint was that the lead developer asked a question that was technically wrong, but I decided not to correct him since I really wanted the job. Overall, I thought the questions were easier than I expected for a role at this level, compared to other companies I'd interviewed with for the same position.

The interview was great, got lots of info about the role and met the people. Everyone was open, professional, and friendly. The rest of the hiring process was a bit harder though. Standard drug testing was fine, but the background check was a pain. I had already given all my job info during the application, but had to fill it out again for the background check company. They also asked for extra info that I think they should have found themselves, I just googled it for them. They should probably find a new background check partner.

This was a 4 part interview. The first part was a technical exam where we were given a technical exam more on analysis. The second part was a technical interview focused on technologies from my CV and those required in the job description. The third and fourth parts were more about situational and behavioral questions, focusing on team and company fit.
