The interview experience was comfortable and not too stressful. The interviewer was friendly but direct. It mostly focused on my past experiences and didn't delve too deeply into my skill sets. I only had one interview, unlike other positions where there's a recruiter call followed by a hiring manager interview. PTP did not follow this typical process.

The interview process was really good and the hiring process moved super fast because I was working in Afghanistan and wanted to get back to Tampa, Florida. It went well, especially since we covered a lot of ground.

The interview process was straightforward because I had already performed the job I was being hired for, just for a different Government contracting company. This made the interview easy as I was able to answer all questions with ease.
