The interview process was very good and simple. It took 2 days for me to get the offer letter. First round was HR round where they asked me about my previous exp. and then moved to 2nd round, I spoke to the manager. He was impressed with my resume and the sales procedure which we discussed. Later that evening I was informed that I got selected.

The interview process was good. First, there was a written test which covered quant, verbal, and technical sections. Then, there was an HR round which was slightly technical. Shortlisted candidates will receive a call from the company, where they will explain everything clearly about the Trainee program, the bond, and the terms & conditions. This is followed by a 6-month internship program on multiple technologies. Ratings will be calculated based on evaluations and performances. The office work culture is good. Initial communication for interviews was nice, like calling people and sending emails.
