Customer Support Specialist
It was a simple and great interview process. I had an informal chat with the kind leadership team where they asked about my background and then switched to asking about my proficiency in different languages. After the first interview, there were also some tests for hard skills.
- Can you discuss your professional background?
Implementation Analyst
The hiring process was easy and enjoyable. The people I interacted with were approachable and easy to collaborate with. There was only one round of interviews, and I was extended an offer. I'd definitely recommend interviewing with them.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Payroll Executive
It was a good interview process with 2 different team members. They had a very open discussion about the role and KPIs. It was an enjoyable overall process to recruit for payroll executive. The process and delay for them to get back to me was efficient.
- They asked straightforward questions, covering both technical and soft skills.
Analyst
The initial communication was really good and they were very responsive. I had three interviews in total. However, during the last one, I found out that the interviewer didn't actually have the authority to make hiring decisions for this role. I've tried to follow up several times since then, but it's been over two months with no update on the status.
- Can you share how your past experience relates to the requirements of this role?
