Clerical Worker
Going through the Penmac office interview was pretty easy for me. They had me do some computer-based technical skill tests. I also had to do a drug test at the office.
- Can you share your experience with us?
Factory Worker
First, Penmac makes you fill out some paperwork and they go over how employment works. Then, you'll need to take a drug test. If you pass that, they'll assign you work, but it's not always full-time or guaranteed. They hire based on need, and sometimes it can lead to a permanent, temp-to-hire situation.
- Do you use drugs?
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- Are you able to work the third shift?
HR Administrative Assistant
It was a really straightforward process. The questions they asked were all about fitting into the job scope. They had clear questions and a good process to get you started. I even got offered the position just a couple of days after applying and interviewing.
- Which aspect of the job do you like the most?
- What are your working hour availabilities?
- Which days can you work?
Substitute Teacher
I applied for the job and was hired within two weeks. The process was quick and painless, involving a background check, finger prints, and drug testing. Tashia was wonderful and it didn't even feel like an interview at all; it felt like I was having a regular meeting with my co-worker.
- How do you feel about students?
