The interview was on Zoom and lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewers were nice, and it wasn't a super tense environment. Two people interviewed me. Make sure you're ready to share personal stories.

So, there were basically two interviews. The first one was a one-on-one on Webex where they asked about me, why I'm interested in publishing, and why this specific company. My interviewer was awesome, made me feel comfortable, and acknowledged that interviews can be nerve-wracking, so it was pretty chill and conversational. Less than a week later, I heard back for a second interview with the hiring managers over Zoom. They asked about 2-3 behavioral/competency questions and it was super quick, only about 15 minutes. Then, a little over two weeks later (felt like forever!), I got another request to fill out some paperwork, which included providing references. The very next day, I got the offer call from a really nice HR person.
