The interview process took about a month and had 3 rounds. First, a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, and finally an in-person multi-person interview. They kept me updated throughout and I always knew where I stood.

I spoke with the founders and the team. Reference checks were also part of the process. It was mostly behavioral questions. They were interested in my experience with growing companies, launching new products, and my data skills. I got the sense they really care about data and revenue.

I applied through LinkedIn and heard back right away to set up an interview. We had an initial screen on Zoom and I felt like I nailed it and really connected with the interviewer. They asked for my availability for a second interview, mentioning they "wanted to move fast" and "definitely" wanted to bring me back. I sent my availability over Zoom and a follow-up email confirming the times. Then... I heard nothing back. No second interview, no email reply. Nothing. I was completely ghosted. After trying to follow up three times over two weeks, the person I was in contact with finally replied, saying they were still interviewing candidates and would update me when ready to move forward. I didn't hear from them again. After one last follow-up, they let me know they had hired someone. It was a really bad experience with this company, makes me think it's a toxic place to work. Seems like they only care about profits and not about people.

I reached out privately to the person who would be my boss. We scheduled a conversation and had a great talk that went beyond our time slot. I was told the HR Ops Manager would follow up with me. She never did, so I reached out to the Director. Just after that, the HR woman emailed me to schedule the next round of interviews. I met with 2 more team members after that and had good conversations. I was told HR Ops Manager would reach out to me. No update at all from HR Ops Manager in over 1 week.
