Accountant
The interview process was really long, taking about 1 month and 3 weeks to get through a phone call and then two in-person interviews. The people seemed nice, but the office looked old. When I asked HR about the job status, they kept saying, “We are experiencing delays.” Turns out, they actually wanted someone with less experience and for less money. It felt like a complete waste of my time.

Associate
It was a pretty standard interview. They asked about strengths, weaknesses, how I handle pressure or multitask. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable. They also asked about my availability.
- Could you tell me about your greatest strengths?
- What would you consider to be your weaknesses?
- How do people who know you well describe you?
Technical Designer
I applied online, sending in my resume and cover letter. HR then called me for an initial interview at the office, where I met with the manager and a senior technical designer. Following that, HR reached out to set up a practical pattern test. This test involved creating a side panel jacket with a notched lapel collar, based on an existing garment. I did this test at the actual workstation I'd be using. It was an open-book test that I could work on over several days, and I ended up spending two 4-hour sessions on it. Finally, I had another interview with the manager and the department manager. About a week after that, I received a job offer with two weeks' notice. The whole process started at the end of April and I began working mid-June.

Store Associate
Applied online and got a call right away. They had several open positions listed on the website including a lead cashier, full time, part time, and a manager. Made it clear that I was applying for a full time position as I already was working a full time job but was applying to other jobs. Scheduled an interview the same week. I didn't get any response for a week and they finally emailed me saying they would need some time to get back. After another week I emailed again and then was called to be told I had to do a over the phone interview. It went well but the interview essentially made it clear she was very busy and didn't seem to care. I was told they'd be in touch "Monday" didn't receive anything so emailed them Friday. Only then did I get a call right away. Told me they took so long because they need to review their budget for the year and what they could hire for. Said they would only be able to hire for a part time position and pay me far less than what I had told them I'd be willing to be paid. The listings are still on their website. Essentially a waste of my time as I had to be the one to continuously reach out and wasted three weeks which I could have been applying elsewhere as they kept letting me know that I was their first choice and they would be asking me for whatever is necessary to go forward with a background check.
