Software Engineer
The interview process went well and was organized. Different skills were assessed in each round, including technical abilities, problem-solving, and communication. The interviewers were approachable and acted professionally. They provided quick feedback, and the whole experience felt equitable and efficient. It was a good and informative look into the company's culture.
- Tell me about your knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Can you explain Object Oriented Programming concepts?
Program Manager
It was a 3 round process. First, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. Then, I met with a few team members from different departments. Finally, I met with the ED. The process also included a sample project and a presentation where I had to show how I would lead a career readiness workshop.
- How do you feel about working with various stakeholders?
Program Director
I interviewed for a role at Pencil and went through three rounds. While I didn't get the job, I was an unsuccessful finalist. The interview questions were good, fair, and made me think. They asked stuff that let me show off my whole career. In the final round, I got to talk to the President, and we ended up chatting for way longer than the 30 minutes we were supposed to.
- What makes you feel this role is a good fit for you and your career?
- Could you tell me about your approach to management?
Intern
If you make it past the first cut, you might get a call from HR or the hiring manager. This call is to see if you're a good fit, check out your communication skills, and chat about why you want this job and what you want to do later.
- Could you share an example of a project or initiative you spearheaded that positively affected your prior workplace or community?
